★ Install Volta

Add Volta to your home screen so it opens like a native app — full screen, offline-ready, with push notifications.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

Add to Home Screen

  1. Open https://volta-hq.com in Safari (not Chrome).
  2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow pointing up).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top right.
  5. The Volta icon appears on your home screen. Open it from there.

Push notifications work on iOS 16.4+ once the app is installed to the home screen and you grant permission inside the Activity tab.

Android (Chrome)

Install app

  1. Open https://volta-hq.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the menu (⋮) → Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Confirm. Volta will be added to your home screen / app drawer.
  4. Open it and allow notifications when prompted (or enable them in the Activity tab).

If you see an “Install” banner at the top of the page, you can use that too.

Desktop (Chrome / Edge)

Install

  1. Open https://volta-hq.com.
  2. Look for the install icon in the address bar (or menu → Install Volta).
  3. Confirm. It will open in its own window without browser chrome.
